Made just for you

Everything at Guava-Cat is printed to order by our production partner, so there are no dusty shelves here. Once you've placed your order:

your items are usually made within 2–5 working days
they're then packed and handed to the courier
you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way

Where we deliver

We deliver to the United Kingdom and to all 27 countries of the European Union.

How long it takes

Once your order has been made and sent out, standard delivery usually takes:

UK: around 3–7 working days
EU: around 4–10 working days, depending on the country

So from placing your order, allow roughly 5–10 working days in the UK and a little longer for the EU. Busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas can add a few days.

Delivery costs

Free delivery on orders over £60 in the UK and over €75 in the EU.

Below that, delivery costs depend on what you order and where it's going, and are shown at checkout before you pay. No surprises.

Prices, VAT and customs (EU orders)

EU prices are shown in euros (or your local currency) and already include VAT. Most EU orders are made and shipped from within the EU. You shouldn't have anything extra to pay on delivery. If a courier ever asks you for a charge, please contact us before paying.

Ordering more than one item?

Different products are sometimes made in different places, so your order may arrive in more than one parcel. You'll get tracking for each one.

Please check your address

Make sure your delivery details are correct before you order. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because it wasn't collected, we can resend it, but you'll need to pay for the reshipping.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please get in touch and we'll put it right. See our refund policy for the details.
